MOVING CHECKLIST

There is important things you will need in order to make a seamless transition. Many important documents that will be needed in order for you to find housing. See our checklist below for those details.

1. IDENTIFICATION

You will need current photo identification of everyone who is making a move. This incldes, spouses, partners and children. Ensure these are up-to-date and not expired. This usually is a passport or driver's license.

2. MOVING DOCUMENTS

You will need a copy of your work permit or COPR in order to start your move. If you have quetions on how to get access to these documents touch base with us so we can assist in helping you get the appropiate documentation .

3. EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS

Not only will we need a copy of your signed employment letter we will need a recent job verification letter within the last 30 days. Please let us know if you need help in getting these documents.

4. FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS

We will need credit scores and credit reports to show your financial history. This is requested in order to secure housing here. It could also be requested to show bank statements as well as investment portfolios. Each situation is different and we will help guide you on what is needed based on your specific requirements.
